Refreshing sister hotels in Sonoma County.

By 2019 the longstanding Sonoma Mission Inn in Sonoma and the Dry Creek Inn in Healdsburg were both well overdue for some updates and improvements. For over three years I worked with the owner to revamp key areas such as lobbies, on-site restaurants, amenities and suite rooms. Additional upgrades included new lighting and plumbing fixture packages, new FF&E and all new finishes throughout. We also explored and implemented new programming for underutilized spaces and new suite types, fostering new functionality and profitability.
