Santa Fe Residential
Ushering a 1920’s artist’s abode into this century.
Affectionately referred to as “Casa Bakos,” this authentic adobe home was originally built by Josef Bakos, a fixture in the art scene of 1920’s Santa Fe. A full remodel embraced typical characteristics of southwestern design and “Santa Fe Style,” and highlighted special elements created by Bakos himself, such as inlaid frescos and unique wood carvings. Santa Fe brims with talented artisans, many of whom contributed to a new layer of handcrafted features including a fully restored entrance gate, wrought iron elements and fixtures, custom wood casework and unique glass elements.
